Alexis Barry
Director of Healthcare Services
Alexis Barry currently oversees home care services for over 400 clients. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and Master’s in Public Administration from Seton Hall University and has extensive experience in community-based and public health services, as well as the Medicare, Medicaid, and Title III programs. With more than 20 years in the planning, management and delivery of home health care services to the elderly, disabled, ill and those recovering from hospital stays, she is experienced in the nursing care of people of all ages, with particular interest in the care of older adults. Ms. Barry serves on the Monmouth County Office on Aging Advisory and Coordinating Councils and is a board member of the NJ Home Care Association, serving as chair of the Home Health Aide Committee and member of the legislative committee and the board of the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care.
Monica Easley
Care Management Director
Monica J. Easley, MSW, CDP, currently manages the delivery of healthcare services to dozens of clients in Monmouth and Ocean counties. She is also the coordinator of the Statewide Respite Care Program of Monmouth County. Ms. Easley graduated first in her class from Georgian Court University with a BSW, and received her master’s degree in social work from Monmouth University with a GPA of 4.0, and was awarded the MSW Professional Excellence Award in the social work department. She received a certificate of International Social Welfare and Public Policy from Bristol University, United Kingdom. She has published an article in the Gerontology Institute Update on Aging and is a certified dementia practitioner registered with the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. Ms. Easley is on the advisory board at Georgian Court University for the Undergraduate Social Work Program. |
